If you are interested in renting to a HUD voucher holder through Charleston-Kanawha Housing, please e-mail Wendy Haddox, System Administrator, with your property listing. Your listing must include the following:

1. The property address
2. The proposed rent amount
3. The number of bedrooms
4. Who is responsible for utilities
5. Other amenities or features that makes your unit attractive (dishwasher, disposal, garage, washer/dryer hook-up)
6. Your contact information (telephone numbers, e-mail address)

Your unit will be posted for sixty (60) days or until you inform Wendy Haddox that it has been rented.
