  • If you need a repair, call Central Maintenance at 348-6811 to place a work order. Please make a note of the work order number that is given to you for tracking purposes.
  • Your rent is due on the first working day of each month. NO CASH will be accepted, only check or money order. The rent is late by the 10th working day of the month.
  • The Community Room at each development can be rented for a $50.00 fee, please speak to your manager to schedule your event.
